We have so much to look forward to. Only the Lord knows what a fantastic future awaits the true believer! As we await His return lets remember we already have eternal life and a special relationship with the Savior!
This unspeakably delightful verse has been sung on many a dying bed, and has helped to make the dark valley bright times out of mind. Every word in it has a wealth of meaning.
A heart conditioned with intention on closeness with God ripens its owner for divine favor from heaven above.
The scripture teaches us Joy of the Lord is our strength (Nehemiah 8:10). I have had days and circumstance where to count it all joy has been a seemingly impossible task. How about you? We can't always control happiness or sadness because those emotions are often driven by life circumstances such as a death, divorce, an illness, the loss of a job and so on. However we can make a choice to live and walk daily in the joy of our Lord and savior.

Spiritual strength and courage are needed for our spiritual warfare and suffering. Those who would prove themselves to have true grace, must aim at all grace; and put on the whole armour of God, which he prepares and bestows.
These three witnesses are for one and the same purpose; they agree in one and the same thing.
What is the difference between faith and doubting? Many Christians are unable to answer this question because they confuse divine, God given faith with mere animal or human belief.
Those who would learn the things of God, and be assured of them, must know the Holy Scriptures, for they are the Divine revelation. The age of children is the age to learn; and those who would get true learning, must get it out of the Scriptures.
